This is a website-based platform by Kaleidoscope and our vision is to develop and nurture your talent into a strong brand that goes hand in hand with your professional goals. Discover endless opportunities as we highlight your talents, connect you with communities for performance opportunities .It is a platform where one can showcase his/her talent to the recruiters to get the job opportunity in various categories depending the talent he/she has. Candidates also get the chance to improve/ nurture their skills with the help of BYT Mentors and Masters.

Advantages of listing you name on “Bring Your Talent”

1. Free Registration Services includes:

  1. • Free registration as mentee (talent) in BYT Platform.
  2. • Upload Profile along with descriptions of talents.
  3. • Upload Audio / Photographs / Contents to showcase talents.
  4. • Clients can see / book them in all talent section.
  5. • Mentors can find them in all talent section.
  6. • They can showcase their profile in “Feature Talent” and “New Face” section in the Home Page of BYT.
  7. • They can see and avail the other services like “Webinar”, “Workshop” or “Master Class”.

2. Premium Subscription Services includes:

    Why “Bring Your Talent” is different from others?

    The Platform “BRING YOUR TALENT” is the first of its kind. However, if you consider a coaching center for a particular form then it will have a wide spectrum of services. Kaleidoscope being into the media and entertainment industry makes it easy to find a lot of scopes for the talents.

    What is Talent Management?

    Talent management practices have evolved over the years to cater to people-specific trends much like all other aspects of work, and have changed in fast strides over the last few years. Strategic talent management is a necessity in today’s hyper-changing environment. Global trends in talent and human capital management have led to a renaissance of the work-worker-workplace equation.

    Is there any fee for registration?

    Basically, there is no registration fee. Anyone can upload their details and became a part of talent pool but there is an option of paid membership where the mentees will get few additional services.

    What are the details required during the time of registration?

    • 1. Personal details of the applicant: a CV. 
    • 2. One Photograph.
    • 3. Scanned copy of Photo Id Proof.
    • 4. NOC from guardian (in case of minor).

    Are there any charges apart from Registration Fees?

    Yes. There some more paid features like 'Direct Classes' from available Mentors. There can be some performance evaluation from specific mentor and many more. Also extra features like seminars, webiners, talent competitios etc. maye be chargable.

    What are the plans currently you have?

    Free for the First 6 months, with just a Re1/- token charge and Charge of Rs 999/- annually, from the 7 th month Onwards

    Apart from Acting I am good in singing also. Can I get some help for singing.

    Yes, of course you can, as an applicant can choose a maximum of three categories to which he/she can apply to.

    What is the guarantee that I will get an opportunity to perform in a platform after registration?

    Here you can consider us as a job portal like Naukri.com where we can give you some guaranteed interviews (Auditions) to showcase your talent but the selection will be depended on the performance of your Audition.

    I am sharing my personal details like my photos, videos with your portal. How much secure it is?

    By using the Platform and/ or by providing your information, you agree and consent to us collecting, storing, processing, transferring, using and sharing of your personal information (including sensitive personal information as per applicable law) that you disclose on the Platform with third parties or service providers for the purposes set out and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    If I am not getting proper services can the subscription fees refunded?

    Our subscription is free for the first 6 months. We will start the services from day one after your enrollment like creating your profile, editing your photographs and videos to prepare your presentable profile to our clients. These services will start immediately after your subscription.

    Apart from Acting what are the scopes you have for other categories?

    As we have the huge previous experience as an Event Management company and also as a successful Production House; we have the capability to be able to generate job opportunities for all the categories as per our BYT Portal.
